- Arneis from Mario Giribaldi in Piemonte: Mario Giribaldi and his family started organic grape growing back in 2001, obtaining their organic certification in 2004. This makes them one of the first organic wine producers in Italy. For Mario and his family, making wines in a bio-dynamic way is a lifestyle. The continue to produce high quality wines, searching for authenticity, determined to make their wines as a true reflection of themselves, the area in which they live, with respect to the flora and fauna. Arneis is an indigenous white grape variety from the Langhe, northern Italy. The word translates to little rascal in mother tongue. Expect lots of floral aromas, apples and a combination of passionflower and peach. Pair with: starters, fish, sushi, shell fish and light cheese. 13% abv.
- Montepulciano from Tenuta Arabona in Abruzzo: Manus Plere Montepulciano is a fantastic organic, natural unfiltered wine and great value. The vineyards cover roughly 20 hectares and all the organic grapes are harvested by hand. They cultivate and farm through bio-dyanmic and organic methods. No artificial sprays or chemicals are used in the vineyard which is what we are looking for in wine making partner. Expect a wine which is full of red and black berries along with a nice bit of black pepper and tannin. Pair with: roasted lamb shoulder, potatoes and root vegetables. Alternatively a sausage ragu will also work well. 13% abv.
- I Muretti - Rebo Rosso '20 in Emilia Romagna: The I Muretti Rebo Rosso has been made using the Rebo grape variety which is a crossing between merlot and teroldego varieties. Prior to crushing, the Rebo bunches were manually harvested in small boxes and taken to the de-stemmer and crusher which sits to the left of the vineyard halfway up the hillside where their vines are grown. The wine is then gravity fed into steel tanks to begin fermentation. I Muretti Rebo Rosso 20' is full of fresh red and black fruit flavours and aromas. Expect raspberry, plum, blueberry and hints of black pepper and soft tannins to finish. 13% abv.
All wines are standard size 75cl bottles.

Organic wines are better for the environment as the winemaker does not spray artificial herbicides and pesticides in the vineyard to control pests and weeds. Instead, the winemaker will use more natural methods like having ducks, geese and sheep to eat the weeds and position other plants throughout the vineyard which bugs and insects prefer to the wine grapes.
