Handmade in Dorset, The Real Cure's charcuterie duo is the perfect addition to a cheese and charcuterie board, light lunch or simply enjoyed as a tasty snack.
Made by multi award-winning charcuterie company The Real Cure, Sloe & Garlic Wild Venison Salami and Wild Venison Chorizo are made using wild British deer, combined with sustainably and locally sourced ingredients. Smoked over oak chips for 36 hours, this is British charcuterie at its best.
Add a few slices to an al fresco lunch or fabulous used in recipes.
Ambient product, store in a cool dark place. Consume within 2 weeks of opening.
