★ How we use it ★ use 1 full pouch for 1kg of chicken thighs, with 200g yoghurt, 25ml cider vinegar & 25ml oil to create the ultimate shawarma marinade for chicken.
★ Pro Tip ★ marinade for at least 2hrs. barbecue over charcoal. serve in warm flat breads with shredded lettuce, chilli sauce & cucumber - watch your guests react with utter glee!

How do I avoid burning spices? Don't use too much direct heat and brush a little oil on the ingredients before cooking them.
How long should I marinade for? We recommend at least an hour but preferably over night.

What preservatives do you use? We use zero artificial flavourings or preservatives and absolutely no MSG!
How much should I use? 1kg of ingredients per pouch is a good rule of thumb but that depends how well seasoned you prefer your food. Start with a little and add more as you go along.
How Long do they last in the cupboard? Sealed in a cool dry place they should easily last a year but I've tried various blend which have been in my cupboards for 2 years and they're still as fresh as ever!
