HOW TO STEAM AT HOME :
1. Ensure water is fast boiling before steaming. Use steamer paper provided to go under the dim sum.
2. Remove from packaging and place dim sum in steamer.
3. Steam traditional pork bao and custard bao on high heat for 10 minutes from frozen or 6 minutes from defrosted (ensure food is defrosted thoroughly before steaming). Steam char siu pork bao for 7 minutes from frozen or 6minutes from defrosted (ensure food is defrosted thoroughly before steaming).
4. Ensure food is piping hot thoroughly before consumption.
5. Keep in freezer until use. See packaging for use by date.
Custard bao :
Wheat flour (Gluten), milk powder (milk) , evaporated milk (Milk), condensed milk (milk), salted duck egg yolk (egg),sugar, baking powder, water.
Mushroom bao :
Chestnut mushroom 15%, shiitake mushroom 10%, oystermushroom 10%, wheat flour (Gluten), mushroom powder,mushroom sauce, sesame oil (Sesame), Soy sauce (Soybean), salt, sugar, natural food coloring, cocoa powder, water.
Honey Roasted Pork Char Siu Bao :
Water, wheat flour (Gluten) 60%, Pork neck 20%, Onion, salt, honey, chicken powder, soya sauce (Soybean), sugar, bakingpowder, ginger, vegetable oil, sesame oil (Sesame).
